Neighborhood In 2007, Cambridge Crossings at South Harbour Village, located in Southport, NC, was abandoned by it's developer, Stratland Homes, due to a foreclosure action. In the Spring of 2010 the neighborhood was purchased by a new developer with the goal to revive the neighborhood. The new owners have already provided a beautiful entrance, improved the grounds with abundant landscaping and are in the process of completing units for new buyers who have already decided to make Cambridge Crossings their home.
