Darnell Clemmons Brown - Supply

Mrs. Darnell Clemmons Brown age 83 of Supply died Thursday December 29, 2011 at her home.

Mrs. Brown was born in Brunswick County on October 8, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Bartley and Ella Brown Clemmons. She was wife of the late Billy Brown. Mrs. Brown was a lifelong member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

She is survived by five children, Bill Brown of the home, Linda McDonald and husband Gary of Supply, Gerald Brown and wife Janie of Supply, Perry Brown of Supply, Sonya Brown of Wilmington; four grandchildren, Patrick McDonald and wife Kendra, Stacey Greer and husband Travis, Zachary Potter and Jessi Potter; two great grandchildren, Alexis and Gabriel McDonald.

Funeral services will be held Sunday January 1, 2012 at 3pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Reverend Darryl Hester, Dr. Foyd Bennett and Reverend Jeff Gibby officiating.

Interment will follow in the Holden Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be, Patrick McDonald, Zachary Potter, Travis Greer, Waddell Clemmons, Michael Brown, James Q. Brown.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times from the residence.
