Richard Triebe to Speak on Confederate P.O.W.’s
May 29, 2009 – Southport, North Carolina (NC) - Richard Triebe, author of "On a Rising Tide: a Tale of Running the Civil War Blockade" will speak on "Confederate P.O.W.’s" at the Friends of the Maritime Museum’s Third Tuesday program on Tuesday, June 16.
