Barbara Helen
Holden, age 73, of Supply died Monday, July 23, 201 at
her home.
Mrs. Holden was born in Brunswick County on December 10,
1938, daughter of the late Joel Emory and Ettie Clemmons
Lovett. She was preceded in death by three brothers,
Thomas Lovett, Vardell Lovett, and Joel Emory Lovett,
one sister Inez Miles and one son, Earl Ray Milliken.
Survivors include her daughter Wanda Stephens of the
home; two brothers, Dewey Carroll Lovett of Supply and
Marvin Stanley of Cambridge, Maryland; four
grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 27, 2012 at
2:00 pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Randy
Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak
Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Peacock-Newnam & White
