Oak Island Police Department Seeks Volunteers For Civilian Volunteer Program

September 19, 2012 - Oak Island, NC – We are only as strong as our relationship with the community! Together we have made great strides reducing crime and improving the quality of life in our community.

The next step in that fight is asking you to join our department as a Civilian Volunteer. You will get a behind the scenes look at how officers do their job and you will play an important role in helping us make Oak Island safe and secure.

If you would be interested in becoming a member of our team please call Mr. Ernest Leatherman, Program Coordinator at 910-616-0095 or Sgt. Charlie Blalock at 910-274-5315.
